237130 A1 Wk1 Task #2 Personal Response 7/3.

To me, critical thinking is about questioning and challenging what you see, read, hear and believe. It’s about challenging what you think you know and what information you think you are receiving. Critical thinking is pushing your own thinking in order to grow and expand your ideas, beliefs and open your mind to new concepts and perspectives. In the age of the internet, there are no boundaries to the deception we are exposed to every day. In this sense we have to be critical of everything we see as well as everything we don’t see. You have to question what you are being shown, how it is presented, for what purpose it is being shown and where the information is coming from. Critical thinking is being able to think for yourself and reflect on the information you are taking in.
